1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeepTech (operated by Apqor Technologies Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use DeepTech. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Course Enrollment and Access
Upon enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal, non-commercial use. Course access terms vary by plan: individual purchases grant lifetime access, while subscription access requires an active plan.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in your local currency based on auto-detection (you can change currency at any time). All base prices are maintained in Indian Rupees (INR) and converted at current exchange rates. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content, platform code, trademarks, and brand assets are the property of Apqor Technologies Private Limited or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: share account credentials; cheat on assessments or exams; use bots or automated tools; upload malicious content; harass other users; reverse-engineer the platform; or violate any applicable laws while using DeepTech.
8. AI-Powered Exam Proctoring
Our platform uses AI-powered proctoring for certain exams. By taking a proctored exam, you consent to webcam and screen monitoring during the exam session. Proctoring data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is retained only for the duration necessary to verify exam integrity.
9. Instructor Terms
Instructors grant DeepTech a non-exclusive license to host and distribute their content. Revenue sharing is per the Instructor Agreement (70–90% to instructor). Instructors are responsible for the accuracy and originality of their content.
10. University/Institutional Terms
Institutional accounts are governed by separate Enterprise agreements. Administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization and ensuring compliance with these terms.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations
DeepTech is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment, or certification results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apqor Technologies Private Limited, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your license to access content is revoked, except for individually purchased courses as per refund eligibility.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
