We collect: (a) Account information — name, email address, password, profile photo; (b) Payment information — processed securely through Razorpay (we do not store card details); (c) Learning data — course progress, quiz scores, assignment submissions, certificates earned; (d) Usage data — pages visited, features used, device information, IP address; (e) Communication data — support tickets, feedback, forum posts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve our educational services; personalize your learning experience through AI algorithms; process payments and manage subscriptions; communicate about your account, courses, and platform updates; analyze usage patterns to improve our platform; comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, we process data based on: (a) Contract performance — to provide our educational services; (b) Legitimate interest — to improve our platform and prevent fraud; (c) Consent — for marketing communications and cookies; (d) Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: payment processors (Razorpay); cloud infrastructure providers (AWS); analytics tools; instructors (limited to enrolled course performance data); law enforcement when legally required.
