Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds on individual course purchases and subscription plans on DeepTech (operated by Apqor Technologies Private Limited). We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience.
1. Individual Course Purchases
We offer a 7-day refund window on individual course purchases. To be eligible, you must have accessed less than 30% of the course content and not downloaded any certificates. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
2. Subscription Plans
All subscription plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellation stops future billing but no refund is issued for the current period. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund: (1) Email support@lmseducation.in with your order ID and reason; (2) Our team reviews the request within 24–48 hours; (3) Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; (4) You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
4. Payment Gateway and Processing
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after our processing). We are not responsible for delays caused by payment intermediaries.
